On this lovely summer's day, the club travelled to the North York Moors for the July walks, all walks finished in Whitby.
The long walk was linear of 12 ½ miles. The long walkers were dropped off on the A169 Whitby Road and headed over the moors to Littlebeck, having a coffee stop at Falling Foss. They then crossed over further moors heading for High Hawsker, picking up the Cleveland Way into Whitby.
The middle walk was 7 ½ miles starting in Whitby and picking up the cinder path crossing over Larpool viaduct. It then headed for Stainsacre and joined the Cleveland Way back to Whitby.
The steady walk was 5 miles, starting from High Hasker, then joining the Cleveland Way back into Whitby.
