Leyburn - 8th March 2026

This month's walk was from Leyburn, a market town in North Yorkshire. Both the long and medium walks headed toward Preston-under-Scar along Leyburn Shawl. From there, the medium walk headed towards Bolton Hall for Bolton Bridge. The long walk headed over fields to the outskirts of Redmire and then onto Bolton Bridge as well.

Both walks crossed over Bolton Bridge and followed the river Ure towards Wensley Bridge. Crossing over into Wensley, we followed the footpath over the fields back to the finish at Leyburn.
